Origin of Guleria
Hi friends let go to the great history of our race .
we are Guleria and we all proud of ourself so lets go in to the roots of Guleria clan and feel glorified.
Katoch clan has four branches
1. Guleria clan,
2. Jaswal clan,
3. Sibaia clan and
4. Dadwal clan.
History said Katoch is a Rajput clan of the Chandravanshi lineage, earlier known as Trigart Raje. Their traditional areas of residence was Trigarta Kingdom, Jalandhar, Multan.
The Katoch race may be the oldest royal race in the world. Katoch first find mention in the holy Hindu epics Ramayana and Mahabharata, then in the era of Alexander the Great, during which time an area near to Kangra Himachal Pradesh may have been ruled by a Katoch king.
In past centuries, they ruled several princely states in the region. History told that the originator of our clan was Raja Bhumi Chand. Their rulers include Graet king Sansar Chand II and Raja Bhumi Chand.
Raja Bhumi chand was also the founder of the famous Jwalamukhi temple in Himachal Pradesh.
Guleria clan is so glorious history that we all should proud of our Rajputana clan.
